Something has come up and River and I need to leave for an unspecified period of time. I can't entrust Wolfwood's care into another doctor's hands, because then I would have to tell them about his unique condition and I don't have permission to do that.

May I ask that you continue to medicate him? I'll provide complete instructions, and I'm aware that you and he are reasonably proficient in post-trauma care.
