While Hanatarou always looks forward to meeting new campers when they arrive, Hanatarou also has to admit that it makes him just a little nervous. Hanatarou realizes that people come here from all different kinds of places... worlds... and that different places have different customs and different views of what is or isn't acceptable behavior. For example, where Hanatarou is from, it's polite to bow and to call people "san" after their name. But since he arrived here himself, Hanatarou has learned that not everyone is used to having others do those things for them, and Hanatarou understands how doing certain things can seem rude or discomforting to people who aren't used to them.
So... what Hanatarou is trying to say is that he would like to apologize to anyone who Hanatarou may have offended, and promise them that he didn't mean to. And if anyone wants to tell Hanatarou about any behavior of his that they don't like, please don't hesitate!
Oh, and ah... Hanatarou knows his speech is a little different today, heh! It's just, whenever Hanatarou tries to say H-- ah, that is, to say... the word that Hanatarou normally uses to refer to himself, it somehow comes out as Hanatarou's name instead. Hanatarou thinks it may be a virus, in which case Hanatarou guesses it's just a good thing that Hanatarou still has his own body this time.
Hanatarou hopes it goes away more quickly than the last virus, though... Hanatarou's name is starting to sound a little funny to him after saying it so many times in a row.
