Yeah, I'm still alive. Been living in Facebook land like most everyone else.

Last week I went out to lunch with a coworker. The conversation somehow ended up on TV's, and how we were looking into getting a small flat screen for the bedroom. He tells me about another coworker that's looking to get rid of his 51" projection TV (for giggles).... ( Read more... )

Amazingly, the future arrived before 2002. I've read about people doing this back in the late 90's. Mind boggling, really. When I first read it, I thought it was on the same order as changing headlight fluid, but no. Each projector (there's 3; red, green, and blue) has a mixture of ethylene glycol (anti-freeze without the green color) and glycerin.
