7:10? Shoot, Gent had me up at 5am every morning. Usually like 5:03. Now, he sleeps until I get up, which is nice. Just know the puppy stage will end...in a long time!

Stay on the road. Keep clear of the moors. mrblonde97 December 15 2005, 19:21:58 UTC
Don't let Scout become the master. My neighbor has a dog that wakes her up to play at 3 am! She has a ball she tosses for him near her bed so she can play half asleep fetch.
Hope you have your crocs hidden well or they'll share the same fate as your boots.

having a puppy is forcing me to put my shoes away and not leave them strewn all over the house like i normally would. so that's good.

Now anything is deemed a chew toy. Does Scout have a place to go or has the carpet been offered as a sacrifice?

she has a whole backyard in which to go! and a bunch of training pads in her room. (the laundry room).

My Kenneth Cole Reactions don't fit very well. If you'd like to supply me with a pair of dressy-ish black Skechers (which do fit very well), I'll be happy to donate my KCRs for your puppy's enjoyment.

You got to admit, they are handy when your alarm doesn't go off. castortroysgirl December 16 2005, 00:59:49 UTC
Moozer did the same with me. Every morning, including the days that I got to sleep in 2 extra hours, came a bark, a whine, a lick, and/or a nudge with a wet nose at 7 am. He finally broke the habit. Now he waits in my room next to my bed for me to wake up. :P
