Internet Problem

Hey, guys. Am at my friend's place using her computer right now. I've been having problems with my wireless modem today; I couldn't access the Internet almost the entire evening. My brothers were having the same problem using their computers so I'm pretty sure it's the modem that's gone haywire. My dad says he's gonna call our service provider on
