Memphis, Mud Island River Park - Afternoon

It was Veronica and Cameron's last day in Memphis before they headed back to California. They'd spent most of the morning with Cameron's family before he'd insisted on dragging her off to Mud Island. He'd always loved the park and it felt a shame to leave without showing Veronica

"Because the boat trip and lunch wasn't fun?" Veronica asked, a little fearful of what he was going to suggest as fun.

"Sure it was," he said sweetly. Catching her hand, he started leading her into a certain direction. "And now we can have more fun."

"Uh huh," she said, following him reluctantly. "What kind of fun do you have in mind exactly?"

"Belly dancing," he deadpanned, glancing sideways at her to see her reaction.
