Outside the dorms, all afternoon

As it finally had stopped raining, Cameron was going to make the most of this day. He'd quickly gone down to the mainland to a garage this morning and hired all the equipment he might need. Now he was sitting on the grass, beside his swoopbike and cans of paint and paint remover and airbrush equipment while reading a book on how to do this. Maybe he should have just asked Izzy if her alien-fu could colour his bike, but he really wanted to do this himself.

At least he couldn't accidently blow someone up. He hoped.
