Skechers Shape Ups

Has anyone tried the Skecher oddly-shaped "shape up" sneakers? If so:
1) Are they comfortable?
2) Can you walk in them without falling over?
3) Do they actually do what they promise - muscle toning, improved posture, weight loss?

Doh, if only my hatred of flipflops wasn't driven by the fact that I can't stand up or walk in them without falling over... or having them fall off.

The Skechers are buttugly, good to know that the Reeboks look better :)
