According to Merlin's Keep possible date for the premiere of Merlin S3 is Sept 11(Unconfirmed).
I think its either Sept 11 or Sept 18. The BBC press release so saf has info on week 35.

When you see a huge, flaming catapult shot rolling down the street...

Just had a flashback to Gwen and the haycart.

*Arthur, Gwen, Merlin & Uther stand in the courtyard, Gwen's bandaging someone, Arthur's barking orders to his men, Uther's just standing there . . . flaming catapult shot enters scene and rolls by as the four of them watch on*

Merlin: Cat-a-pult

Arthur: *annoyed* YES MERLIN. WE SEE IT.

Gwen: *practical* We should probably stop it before it rolls into town, don't you think? Arthur *nudge* ITS ON FIRE.

Arthur: *slightly more patient* Yes, I can see that Guinevere. Merlin go stop it.

Merlin: *groans and feigns limp*

Uther: *mumbles something about magic*

*Morgana walks up, smelling like lighter fluid/or medieval equivalent. Gwen turns to look at her, shortly followed by Arthur - suspicion in their eyes.*

Morgana: *shrugs* What? Something on my face? *links her arm with Gwen's* Seriously, WHAT?

*Gwen and Arthur exchange a look*

Ever loyal to my commenting here (Although I have decided to go into lock down as of today). Thanks as always for getting the news to us. I'm interested to see what they do this series... and anticipating like hell just how dark this series is going to go. I just hope they don't lose sight of the fact that this is a family show.

EDIT: I say that with little cousins to think of. They're all really looking forward to the show's return! :)

OH NO BB! I don;t know if you heard but Gwen's bro is gonna be in three episodes!!!
I agree with you on the show not losing sight that it is a family show. I like how they are getting much darker this series, but I also hope that we have happier, funnier moments.

I heard that from John! Very exciting -- are we to assume that he'll be crashing at Gwen's house for all that time, no doubt judging her and adding more complications to her life. Oooo maybe he plot to do in the royal family and he needs the 3 episodes to formulate a plan.

OMFG yes, maybe. It's very exciting, thats all I know. And plus it may mean that Gwen's bro will have a little chat to Arthur. I'm just exited by the possibilities. We may even get Gwen actually talking about what happened to her father (if her bro didn't know), we may find out more about her mother and why her brother has lived away from Camelot.

i hope it is september 11th and not the 18th because ive got a bbq on the 18th and although im going to BFI, i am so not missing it starting on tv!!!! if it is the 18th, they may have to excuse me for abit, while i watch it :)
