I'm not an expert on these things, but I'm pretty sure that's photoshopped... her expression/the angle of her face is from another promo, I believe. Like I said, though, I'm not an expert.

Photoshopped, you can tell by the shadowing and the curious lack of visible flesh at the cuffs of her sleeves.

though did anyone notice that the actor playing Geoffrey of Monmouth was appearing in the credits list up until three weeks or so ago, but then was removed last week and indeed did not appear in the last episode?? Could it be the wedding as actually filmed, with him wedding Arwen, but the scene was deleted
