Hunith and superstar environmentalist Bali Noor's affair resulting in wonderful Merlin was a great way to start this story and I enjoyed the windows into Merlin's childhood and relationships leading up to the funeral of his absentee father.

Merlin's funereal flash forward to memories he hasn't made yet was was quite wonderful. I hope he has the chance to experience them with sweet, man mountain Percy.

I liked all the background stories. My favorite was when Arthur finally figured it out that Merlin was getting harrassed.
