This was really beautiful and well written. I like the banter between all the characters, it felt so real and pulled me into the world of the story. I love the way you describe things, you have a great way with words. The tone of this seemed to have undertones of sadness which I think helped add a layer of delpth because it pointed to Merlin's psychology, how he felt about his situation w Gwaine in relation to them being accepted not only by Arthur but by the world at large. The story ended beautifully and really wrapped up that layer nicely.
