So good. This is just so good. I was hoping for a save, praying for some kind of out. I felt trapped like Merlin. Then thankfully there was Arthur calling him an idiot. I swear I was never more happy!

OMG, me too! I thought she was going to throw him in the fire and not save him. My heart was in my throat praying that somehow, some way Arthur would save him. And he did. Aw.... I love fluffy endings. Well done!

You had me freaking scare there thinking you were going to burn my Merlin, if you had you be in trouble.

And hrm, it seems a lot of people don't get what's really happening (there is no actual fire); I hinted at it, but I guess I just have to write a sequel to explain more. XD

Lovely fic. (And I understood fine that the fire is all in Merlin's head, but because he blurts out all his secrets while he's delirious Arthur now knows everything.)

It's lovely the way Arthur accepts it, and is just fondly angry.

I also thought he was being burned but I can see what you did with showing it as a fevered dream. Loved that Arthur found out that way and didn't do anything about it. :DD
