Of course Merlin's loyalty to Arthur would make Morgana want to hurt him as much as possible. Poor warlock is in for a rough time (or Morgana's just made a terrible miscalculation).

Eeeep! Not the Nathair! Poor Merlin, that's a lot of whump! But I hope this is the time when he's had enough and decides to strike back with a vengeance. That would be a fun read too. :)
