(Fangirling over attentive and awed, father-to-be Arthur) Now I want to see Arthur being protective of Merlin and the baby. THe hushed atmosphere and intimacy between them both is touching and adorable.

It's interesting to see Merlin explain the origin of his pregnancy. I wonder if Gaius made him do extra readings for this situation (I can already imagine the scenario in my head, Merlin running into Gaius' chambers, yelling, "Gaius, I'm with child!" while Gaius raises his eyebrow and deadpans, "What have you done now, Merlin and how did it possibily happen?") Of course the answer is magic... and a lot of love.

The final line is quite touching. I really enjoyed reading this verse ^.^

Aww this is so cute. Hope you write more on this verse. It'd be cute to read the babys interaction with the knights like uncle lancelot and uncle gwaine lol. Can't wait to see if you write fics after the baby is born
