I enjoyed being dropped into the middle of this party with Merlin already drunk and Mordred already wary. He was right to be mistrustful, Morgana had an agenda and Merlin's played right into it being handsy and kissing Mordred. It may have been chaste but everyone's sure to be watching them now.
