Awwww so beautiful and so romantic! But poor Merlin that had been left alone for so long! But I'm sure they're gonna make up for the lost time!

This is so lovely and it made me smile! I felt with Merlin as he told Arthur how lonely he was, and I felt the tension as Arthur was trying to tell Merlin that he loved him. This was probably the best Christmas for both Merlin /and/ Arthur~

Merlin's hurt and anger were pitch perfect. Arthur left him hanging and he's been waiting for him for ten long years. I'm glad they're finally back together but there's still a lot of hurt to get through. You've left me feeling like they'll be able to work through it now that they're together again.

I'm really glad I could convey their emotions properly, and that I managed it well enough to invoke the feeling that they'll be able to push through it, despite all the hurt to trod through (that was my intention)

Oh, I'm so glad you think so! I had a serious amount of fun writing this and it's a huge relief to know that you liked it. I'm a huge sucker for a lot of angst and a happy ending, so it's good to know that I pulled that off well enough. And what's a good Christmas fic with Hunith, yeah?
