For a moment there I thought Mordred was going to come over all reasonable while the police were there, fool them and then make Merlin pay once they'd gone. Glad he's shown his true colours, although poor Merlin at the end there.

I'm glad Mordred showed his true nature to the police. He might not have been hauled off to jail otherwise and even though Merlin would have escaped anyway, Mordred needs to be punished.
