Arthur wasn't really defending Merlin's honor, he was defending his own masculinity in not having Merlin as his girlfriend. He may want Merlin as his boyfriend but he's doing an excellent job keeping that on the down low, even from Merlin.

Now Merlin has confessed I'm sure the wheels are turing in Arthur's head. He reacted a lot more calmly than I expected and I love him for being comfortable enough to stay straddling Merlin and even going in for a bit of a snuggle. No matter what happens, Merlin hasn't lost his best mate.

Wow. I absolutely loved this! I loved how Merlin had to go stop Arthur and Merlin couldn't fight and how Arthur didn't stop straddling Merlin AND HOW the guy Merlin kissed was Gwaine and oh... just loved it all. Can't wait for the sequel!!
