Mmm, some interesting ideas here. I love the idea of Gwen serving Morgana willingly and wonder what it would be like to push that idea even further -- if Gwen were serving a good Morgana who did magic.
Also, did you use that dialogue from The Witch's Quickening? I love it when fic refers to dialogue from the eps. Well done.

Oh. I thought it was basically from one of the eps. I have a friend who says I see connections that she doesn't intend either. Any reason to rewatch an ep is a good one though (says the person who has watched each ep at least 4 times and many of them more than that).

Yeah, I was a bit late to the fandom and only got into it last winter, so I've only seen each episode once and some of my favorite twice. *sheepish*
And yes! Any excuse to watch Merlin is a good excuse! :D
