LOVE the descriptions of the spells and the magical battle! What I wouldn't have paid to actually see a good confrontation like that on the show! None of that, "I throw you." "No, I throw you!" bollox. Fire! Lightning! Yes!!

(Of course Arthur had to get knocked out. Sooo many head injuries, it's not really surprising the man can't even dress himself!)

I sporfled over the Princess Bride reference! I actually heard Fred Savage's voice saying it! ROFL..

Did you notice that Merlin never actually attacked Morgana until the very end? I wanted to show the difference between them that way...

Funnily enough, Arthur was awake during this confrontation... he was just a little disoriented so that he still need protecting. Yeah, they should have done much more BAMFy magic on the show!

I did notice that but I was on my face when I read this, so my coherence was lacking a bit there :D

Funnily enough, I noted that Arthur wasn't actually unconscious but he still got knocked out, of the action anyway. AND you did give him yet another head wound!

("They're kissing again. Do we have to hear the kissing part? Skip on to the fireswamp, that sounded pretty good!")

Wonderfully intense, in action as well as dialogue. I'm a total sucker for fantastic dialogue. Loved this!

Loved the fight scene and how Merlin dealt with Morgana.
