I love "Merlin always had a weakness for beautiful magic"! Also, great imagery :)

The last line broke my heart and made me want more! Do you plan to write other fics in this line? I usually like lighter plots but this is an exception.

For some reason, all my drabbles come out as snippets of action from longer stories that I'll never write. I'm terrible at finishing longer stories. :(

Not counting my entry to the Merlin Reverse Big Bang, I have three longer fics I've started drafting but never finished. It is a sad state of affairs.

Now that you mention it, I think it would be fun to expand on this. Merlin wing!fic. Hm!
