Look at that meddling Morgana! I think she knows what's up, or suspect it, at least.

She definitely knows what's going on, in an earlier chapter (I think #3) she tells Arthur that she knows he kissed a man (Merlin) at Gwaine's party.

And in another chapter it's implied that she's in kahoots with Gwaine to get Arthur to agree to hire Merlin to paint Morgana's portrait for her birthday. Handily placing Merlin over at their house for Arthur. And I think she might give Arthur a few choice words in the next chapter.
