I guess Uther will be a lot happier now, too. But you can never be sure with him *grins*

Sweet and adorable, but where's all the Trustfund Money? Did Merlin donate it?

Since I wasn't sure if it meant that they had no money at all or if Merlin was the rich one, I didn't mention it.

But I'm sure they put it in a trust for Issy or so. *nodnods* Especially to show Uther that they didn't need his money anyway *grins*

Very cool! I kind of liked Uther's solution. It may not have given him nice man awards but giving the money to the spouses rather than the children had a two fold prospect. 1.) It would show the true colors of the relationship if his kids has chosen unwisely. a greedy spouse in it for the wrong reasons would have taken the money and left the child. 2.) Both kids needed to communicate their needs with someone they were going to have to spend the rest of their lives with. Good or bad choices they would need to talk about it more than just once a year in a one sided conversation.

Good thinking on Uther's part. Too bad that his children did disappoint his expectations of chosing partners that would take the money and run, eh? ;)
