I'm sorry to sound completely thick - but by 'no cut off point' - does that mean we can nominate anything? Even fics posted last week?

Certainly - you can nominate it even if it's not posted until the day before nominations close!

I have a question - does the chapter minimum (of 3) only count for the chaptered fics category? What if there is a two-chaptered, completed story that you want to nominate? Can you just not nominate it in the chapter fics category because it's less than 3 chapters?

The 3-chapter rule is only for fics that you want to nominate specifically for the chapter category - it's to avoid fics in two parts being put into there. A chaptered fic can be nominated into any category EXCEPT the chapter one regardless of the number of chapters.

I assume by not being able to nominate fics that won last time "last time" you mean no winners from either of the previous rounds? Not just the last one?

M-preg is counted in the 'kink' category.

Can I assume voting hasn't happened yet? I haven't seen anything advertised anywhere. Or I'm just really, really slow, LOL! ;)
