have have 49 hours till i get to see nate. these three weeks of the beave have flown by...i'm ready to be home and so more than ready to be in my new apartment...this weekend will be great i think...home on friday, dinner with mom, memorial service and wedding reception on saturday, maybe oldnavy on sunday, lab on monday, then CEDAR POINT on ( Read more... )

I am excited for both of our new places. where are you going to stay when you get back? In ithica or at Nates?

Just curious. I think Billy gets to start moving stuff in on the 8th or 9th. Maybe I will be home in time for your house warming party!! I want to have one as well!

we will totally save the party for when you get home...what day are you getting back btw? i'll be at nate's all week till our lease begins.

the radio rock is simply because people hate my music here and i'm not allowed to listen to it publicly...idiots!

I don't know for sure when I will be back. I'm hoping and praying that it's like the 15th or 16th. I asked my boss about it, but he was busy and just said, "we'll see." so I dont know yet.

I guess what I meant was how come no one told us about it. Makes ya feel kinda shitty when a whole event is planned and no one mentions it to you and you find out by reading a livejournal entry.

We're going to try to go, I just don't know if I can get it off of work yet.

sweet! i work mostly with dendrimers and attaching DNA and fluorescent dyes...these molecules are then being tested on rats with the hopes of creating targeted drug delivery treatments for alzheimers, cancer, etc. i'd love to hear more about what you do, geek.

What I do is clinical work. I work at Saint Mary's medical center here, and we do patient testing (microbiology, hematology, chemistry, immunology, immunohematology). It's nice to have the science mixed in with the patient stuff without having to deal too directly with sick people.
