I was no kid in the 80's but I remember that crazy crap very well, I was part of another group that got accused of devil shit, I was a D&D player.

Ah yes! D&D wasn't cool amongst my friend group, but a lot of people suffered so many ways--it had a real, radiating effect. My friend had a Ghostbusters game as a kid and his mother wouldn't allow it in the house, because of fears it was witchcraft.

I'm going to guess it was an RPG? This one was published in 1986
