Another milestone accomplished...

It's been a long wait since Zombie Pirate Publishing's writing week and a longer wait since I found out that my story, SATURN RETURNS, made it to the long list of submissions for their anthology, THE RINGED GIANT. LOL, maybe I was overdue for a good fainting, hehe! All we had for dinner was Kraft mac and cheese, nothing too wild...

It was definitely strange. One of my friends suggested that I had a vasovagal syncope--which can be caused by extreme emotional distress. Sounds about right! It's not like in the movies where someone faints and goes "Ohhhhh!"

I felt like my soul was leaving my body :-P

That's quite neat - it makes a kind of sense for your heart rate to slow at the sight of blood, if it is your own blood.
