i am ashamed to say this as a sporean, but i am really hard press to find this human touch here.

i find it in taiwan and japan. and cos of that, i crave to find employment there.

It's really say eh, that you can't find such personal touches here in SG. Don't talk about being nice or generous; even service staff here lack the personal human touch.. and computerised machines which replace manual labour for efficiency makes it worse. :S
