Hey, at least there's someone to still be thinking about changing the world while some of us have lost that trying to save it.

I can't think of a better person for the job, Helo.

OOC: I know this looks like sarcasm, but the Chief is in earnest. He admires Helo a hell of a lot, even while thinking he's a tad naive, perhaps? But the admiration trumps all.
