The page hasn't been deleted, you can still access userpics like this: http://www.livejournal.com/allpics.bml?user=mustangcandi but I don't like having that comma on my profile like something is supposed to be there but isn't. haha. I don't know if I should tell LJ about it or not. It's a universal problem. No one's is working.
And I don't have any idea how the notifications got changed. My friend elysium1996 had the exact same problem. Totally random.

Me neither. It's not me, that I'm sure of. :P It's fine now though, after I changed them back to the way I like it. *facepalm*
