Things had gotten a little weird since watching that film reel, sure, but Karen was determined not to let it bother her or inform how she went on living her life on the island. A lot of the time Grigg contemplated getting earplugs and shoving them deep, but not too damagingly deep as to make his sister roll her eyes at him into his ears. These times usually came when someone was doing something that he would rather not think about for niceties sake in one of the room's around him.

Then again he couldn't pass up the fact that some of his neighbours turned out to be kind of well, legendary. Nearly tripping over a wayward book, he opened the door to his room with a grin on his face. "Karen, hi."

Karen gave Grigg a bright grin, happy to see he was actually home. It would have been horribly disappointing to get her hopes up just to have him be unavailable. Even if she could have just found him later, or tried the next day.

Logic wasn't applicable when you had the chance to use a real live lightsaber.

"Hi," she said, giving him a small wave. "Are you busy?"

Quickly Grigg turned and looked behind him, as if something pressing and having to be done right then and there would spring out from under the bed and try to eat him.

It didn't.

Instead he was just reminded that he really should clean more often. Shaking his head, he turned to face her once more. "Nope, not really."
