Xander is still surprised to have Cordy back in his life all of a sudden, but is happy nonetheless. Xander has no ill will towards Cordy, (considering that he was the one that cheated on her in high school) and is curious to see how this works out. On one hand, Cordy had a record of being awful to him in high school, but even Xander knows that people can grow and change, which makes him hopeful that they can cultivate a friendship again.
In Xander's VERY limited amount of time with Kara, he found her to be loud, cocky, anti-authority, and unafraid to flirt with anything that moves. In short, she reminded him a lot of Faith, that is, pre-working for the mayor Faith. And considering that most of Xander's friends are all the 'fall in line' types, he doesn't mind someone who is willing to tell him to fuck off. So, Xander wouldn't mind seeing Kara again, as long as it was in safe circumstances.
Xander loves Kaylee to death, and has put her in the slot that Willow once held. She seems to him as the kind of friend that he can count on, and utterly dork out with (especially when they trade stories about the things they do, omg spaceships), not to mention she's adorable which helps. Of course, Xander isn't trying to mack on her, but he can still appreciate that fact as well. He hopes that in the future the hotel allows him the chance to see her more often. *hint hint*
Kaylee totally less than three's Xander as well, and also find's him adorable too, except in a much more manly fashion. She is also very honored to be considered Willow 2.0 and will be very much insulted if she feels like he is avoiding her :P
Okay, so Xander is kind of pissed at Spike right now, and by kind of I mean really pissed off at Spike. But could anyone really blame him for that at this point? Xander has only been worried about Buffy and the fact that she disappeared for months now, and he found out she was back in perhaps the worst way possible. However, he's blaming spike because he doesn't want to blame the real culprit, and that's Buffy.
If you want to slip a little before that, he actually found Spike a little.. tolerable. Especially since they were both stuck in the hotel together, and even did their whole binge drinking thing. It's going to take a little work to get those two not at each other's throats though.
