John and I were supposed to go to Corning NY this weekend to see the Glass Museum. We had it all booked, tickets, hotel, classes to make our own glass souvenirs.  But he had problems getting the parts he needed to fix his car and he was totally stressed out about it and so we ended up cancelling our reservations and are going to have to go another

Banana bread is awesome. I've had taco cravings for weeks now. Had them twice this week.

The bread did turn out really good, I'll make it again.

I've been craving mexican since last weekend when we went to a mexican restaurant for a friend's birthday. So I made a mexican pepper casserole that is SO GOOD and we had tacos and I'm going to make beans and rice, too. I'm on a mexican food kick. yummo!
