Just spent half an hour searching back on the library website and my blog to find out - A. if I'd borrowed the Josephine Bell book and yes I had and B if I'd read it - and it seems not . Don't know why so have requested it again.

I hope so too, hope it wasn't something I sent back because I couldn't get into it - thankfully reservations being free it doesn't matter either way!

I haven't read any Eva Ibbotson, but we have some in the library, so I will!

The Rory Stewart book is on my To Read list. I really want to read it now!

Eva Ibbotson said she wanted to write the kind of books 'you'd want to read when you have flu'. Her books are lovely.

I do recommend the Rory Stewart book. What a remarkable man he is.
