Early in September, I ordered an item from Amazon which should have arrived the next afternoon. I had an email from Amazon saying, sorry, your package will be late. The next day, another email from them, saying your package ‘is probably lost’ and that they were starting the refund process. last year I sent for a SAD light. First part of the process was like yours, they said it was on the way then they said I wasn't going to receive it. they were sorry and refunded my money. TWO MONTHS later the article arrived. I was not anywhere near as honest as you, I kept it with great glee.

Two months? I'm not surprised you kept it.
I hope the SAD lamp works for you; I know it does for a lot of people.

My friend Sean recommended it to me, he has SAD. Mine doesnt usually kick in until December.

It seems that several of us are experiencing such episodes with Amazon. You have seen my post on the subject. Well, if the missing items do turn up I might just keep quiet!
