wow, that is really fascinating! Where in California are you? as far as I can tell, there are wildly different cultures in different sections.
Black women compliment my hair a lot when it is very short (like an inch long) and when it is dyed violet. Most other people don't talk to me about anything no matter how I look.
I'm staying in Hollywood, about a block away from Hollywood Blvd. The school Chance is attending (Stella Adler Academy of Acting) is nearby, so the location is really perfect for that
