that is a fantastic result after what I know has been a lot of hard work. congratulations, and I wish you were my gym buddy. I don't have one so I just have to set my own challenges. And motivation is a bit low right now.

Oh no! But you're awesome at the gym! I liked having a partner but at the same time I like to be prepared to go alone. But I also don't do any of the exciting stuff you have been doing. I just walk for 45 minutes or whatever, though I did get right into the rowing for a bit there.

my boot camp finished and my personal trainer left, so it has been hard to focus. I've been going to zumba 1 -2 times a week but not doing much of the other stuff.

However I will be starting with a new trainer next weekend so hopefully that will help a bit.
