Ah yes, perhaps, but then my body is anything but logical!
Because we run around a lot, a lot of blood circulates to our feet(something to do with high impact training) so they stay warm. My posterior, on the other hand, doesn't need much blood to keep functioning, so all the blood withdraws to keep my internal organs warm and protected from the cold.
