It was five days after Talia had dropped Damian off to live with Bruce; Tony had to get back to Malibu and Bruce felt he was going out of his mind trying to figure out the kid on his own. Alfred did what he could, but the boy wanted nothing to do with him. Dick tried to bond with him and Tim tried to play actions figures with him, but Damian often just stared at them in disgust. If Bruce didn't know any better he'd have thought the boy at least a few years older, more mature. What finally broke Bruce was the fact that Damian actually took a knife from the kitchen drawer and threatened Tim if he didn't leave him alone.

Bruce ended up taking Damian, sitting him down in his room and explaining to him that when living with people who aren't assassins for a living, threatening lives to get what he wanted wasn't going to work. Much to Bruce's dismay, Damian didn't fully understand. The boy had been living with the wrong kind of influence for all his life and didn't know what was right or what was wrong. It was going to take some time, but Bruce was sure he'd be able to retrain him and break him into the life of a normal child.

And that would start with Kindergarten. Bruce dropped him off himself for the first two weeks staying a few hours to be sure he was getting along, and once Damian stopped glaring at children, Bruce just dropped the boy off. It was improvement at least.

Then one night at dinner about two months in, Damian poked around at his peas and then looked at Bruce.

"If you die, do I get everything you own?" he asked stabbing his form into a pea. Alfred looked up at Bruce, startled.

"No, Damian," Bruce replied simply, giving Alfred a little nod to calm down. "The estate is left to all of you, Tony included."

Damian looked at Dick and Tim. "But they aren't really family."

"Why would you say that?" Bruce asked, holding pressing a hand onto Tim's shoulder, seeing him start to get upset.

"Because he's not. Or him." Damian looked at Dick.

"All three of you are my sons, adopted or not. Like it or not. End of discussion," Bruce said sternly, going back to eating his own dinner. Damian didn't eat anything else.

Later that evening Bruce called Tony before heading out for patrol. "I think he wants to kill me or something. He keeps asking about what happens when or if I die."

"Bruce, you sound like you need a break."

"Maybe. I've been giving a lot to getting Damian settled in here for two months. I see it helping a lot, but sometimes he says or does things like this and it feels like I'm having to start all over again," Bruce said into the cellphone as he started to pull on his gloves.

"Want me to come over? Take them off your hands?" Tony asked, sounding tired but didn't even mention it, Bruce came first with him, that much was clear.

Bruce smiled, even though he knew Tony couldn't see. "No, it's fine. They're in bed. Alfred has Lucius over for the evening, so I don't think much is going to wrong while I'm out."

"Mm, let's hope not. I want you back to me in one piece," Tony said with so much affection Bruce had to keep himself from grinning widely. Two months without seeing Tony was almost too long for Bruce.

"No need to worry there," Bruce said. "There's not been any issues here." There was a bit of silence and then Bruce spoke again; "I think I may lose my mind if I don't get to see you soon."

"Don't worry, I'll be there sooner than you think," Tony said and Bruce heard him stifling a yawn.

Bruce finished pulling on the last boot, and stopped for a minute. "Sooner than I think? You aren't already on the way over from Malibu are you?"

"...No."

"If I get up to the surface of the bunker, I'm not going to see you standing there am I?"

"What do you think of me Bruce. I'm already going towards the lift!"

Bruce subconsciously pushed the button on the phone to hang up on Tony as he saw the lift start downward. Bruce tried to hide the smirk on his face, shaking his head as he saw Tony in the Iron Man suit standing on the lift.

"What am I going to do with you?"

"Kiss me?" Tony said, removing his helmet completely. Bruce dropped his cowl to the table, he had had it in his hands ready to put it on. He placed his hands on either side of Tony face, finger threading in Tony's hair. He leaned in and kissed his lover, months since they'd seen each other, letting their lips just linger their for a moment. He pressed his forehead against Tony's.

"I missed you."

"I just felt like surprising you."

Bruce couldn't keep his hands from touching Tony's face, fingertip gliding over every features as he stared into his eyes. "I'm glad you did," Bruce said, kissing Tony again.

Tony wrapped his arms around Bruce's waist and removed the gloves behind him to place his freed hands on the small of his back. He let out a small groan once he realized again that Bruce was in the costume and he couldn't sneak his fingers under the shirt Bruce usually wore to place his fingers on Bruce's warm skin of his back. It was one of his many little habits that Bruce liked. Bruce smiled against Tony's lips, almost tempted to rid himself of the suit, forget about tonight and just spend it with Tony. But that... Bruce had been doing a lot of that, running from his city in the last year.

He touched his fingers to Tony's face gently and traced the outline of his goatee. "But you do have terrible timing."

"Me? Timing? Don't be silly," Tony huffed.

"My point," Bruce mused, one hand resting on the side of Tony's neck and the other reaching over for his cowl on the table.

Tony stopped Bruce's hand and kissed the man again, "Leave it. Gotham can survive without you. Me on the other hand, I'm quite needy."

"Tony..." Bruce breathed, dropping the cowl he'd barely even gotten his fingertips around, back onto the table. Tony already had his hands working Bruce's gloves and gauntlets off, soon finding their way to the other pieces that slid right off like puzzle pieces. "I really should be..." Bruce managed but Tony forced Bruce to stop talking, kissing him again.

"I need you Bruce," Tony whispered against his lips, "I need you to be with me right now."

Bruce parted his lips, licking Tony's bottom lip, putting his hand to the back of Tony's hair and dragging his mouth closer to his. Bruce slid his tongue into Tony's mouth as the man managed to get Bruce down to just the mesh under-suit he wore under the armor. Tony placed one of his hands on the back of Bruce's neck and pulled him closer, using Extremis to let the armor disassemble from his body and settle back into the original mode it was when it was in the tiny briefcase. That was the handy thing about memory metals.

Letting his hands touch every curve and feature of Tony's body, Bruce pushed him up against the cool metal wall, burying his face into Tony's neck and nipping at the skin just below his jaw. Every part of Bruce was aching, burning to be closer to Tony. This much time in between seeing other was too much on either of them; something had to be done about that. Bruce kissed Tony's ear, placing his hands firmly against the man's shoulder, holding him against the wall. What would have done to just turn Tony around and have his way with him... but he wanted it to be more than that, mean something. Not that Tony would have cared. Slowly, he saw the golden under-sheet of Tony's armor disappear back into his bones, inch by inch as Bruce explored. It was as if every inch he touched of Tony responded to his fingers and removed the golden sheet from the skin so Bruce could touch it.

"Mm," Tony pushed Bruce off him for a second, "not that I don't mind this and all that but...I sort of had things planned."

"Planned?" Bruce asked, voice rough and slightly out of breath.

"Mhm," Tony grinned, "I'm sure they can wait a bit..." Tony gasped as Bruce's fingers touched a sensitive spot on his neck as they moved down.

"What are these plans?" Bruce asked softly, curious now. He kissed Tony on the lips and then started to leave a trail down his neck, following the path his fingertips had left second before. His left hand wrapped around Tony's right bicep, caressing him.

"Secret..." Tony breathed out, letting his eyelids flutter at the simple touches and then closed his eyes.

"Will I have to..." Bruce started to say, kissing a few spots down Tony's right shoulder, while caressing his hip with his free hand; "... force it out of you?"

"Won't give you enough time," Tony bit his lip and ran his fingers through Bruce's hair, letting them rest at the back of his neck.

"Will I need to be quick? Or are we not going to get anything done at all?" Bruce asked, sliding the hand on Tony's hip down his thigh, caressing inward almost touching Tony's groin, teasing him.

"...We got approximately...15 minutes before we need to be at our first destination," Tony gasped at the sudden touch.

"Hmm..." Bruce mumbled, gently wrapping his fingers around the shaft of Tony's cock, giving it gently tug towards him. "That's not a lot of time. What would you like, Mister Stark?"

"I would like you to stop teasing me, Mister Wayne."

"Demanding aren't we?" Bruce asked, forcing Tony to turn around, pushing him flat against the wall, while stroking him diligently. He then bent Tony at the hip, reaching over to the table drawer where he usually kept the lube for these such occasions (and that honestly only started doing since Tony came into his life). Bruce threw off his bodysuit, slathering his own cock with lube before entering Tony slowly. They didn't have a lot of time, so Bruce got down to pounding Tony, hands on his hips for better leverage, moving in quick even motions. Tony gasped loudly and gave his entire body up to Bruce to take over. He placed his palms on the wall and bit his lip as Bruce thrusted in him.

Bruce placed his forehead against Tony's back, molding his body, and panting deep, hot breaths onto the other man's skin. Each thrust felt like a life time, a spark of warm around him. And Bruce found himself holding on to Tony tightly around the waist as he hit the edge of his peak, pulling Tony up so Bruce's lips were next to his ear, letting a raspy swear word. He took a hold of Tony's cock again and began to glide his rough hands over it, thumb rubbing the tip as he slowed his pace down to help Tony reach his own.

"Tony," Bruce mumbled into the other man's ear, setting an even pace as he heard Tony groan. Bruce felt his own release in a hot, almost too easy movement. Tony tensed below him and Bruce pumped him a little faster, hearing a quick swear and the thud of Tony's head hitting the wall, worn out. Moments later, Bruce stood straight, cleaning them both off with a rag.

"So, what's this secret now?" Bruce asked, pulling on his shirt and pants, watching as Tony did the same.

"You'll see," Tony smiled, turning around and looking Bruce in the eye.

Bruce frowned, buttoning his shirt slowly, slipping on his shoes. "Well you said it was a destination... how are we getting there? Fifteen minutes is almost up."

"Oh don't worry, we'll just take one of your cars. It's not far..." Tony smirked, "but I will have to blindfold you."

Bruce took a step back from Tony. "Is that really necessary..."

"I'll be here with you," Tony pulled Bruce in an embrace, "nothing to worry about." Not that Bruce didn't trust Tony, but blindfolds meant he had no control of what would happen or where he was going. Bruce merely smiled at him, though weak as it were. Tony pulled a good length of black cloth from his pocket and proceeded to to tie it around Bruce's eyes, knowing full well that Bruce was sneaky, he made sure it was extra tight and no gaps.

"You sure this isn't just some ploy to dump me off a bridge so you don't have to deal with me anymore?" Bruce asked, half kidding. He could still sense Tony next to him; he might not have been able to see, but he knew how to use what senses he had left to mind his surrounds.

"If I wanted to dump you off a bridge, I wouldn't do it in Gotham. Your bridges aren't impressive enough," Tony smirked, knowing Bruce couldn't see him.

"That's still not reassuring," Bruce muttered, grabbing hold of Tony's arm. Tony started lead him to the lift, that much Bruce could tell as they went up. "You aren't going to tell me anything? No hints?"

"Not a thing. It's a secret for a reason Bruce," Tony whispered into his ear as he lead Bruce out of the bunker and to a car. Tony pushed on Bruce's head as he helped him into the car. "Watch your head, cupcake."

Bruce sat in the darkness, and Tony didn't say anything else to him as they drove to where ever the destination was. When they finally came to a stop, Tony opened the car door and helped Bruce out. He didn't need to see to know where they were now, the loud roar of an engine made it clear they were at airport. Taking a firm hold of Tony's hand, Bruce got on the plane as fast as he could (which was slow in Tony's standards but considering Bruce was blindfolded, the man didn't say anything on it). Once they were seated on the plane, Tony removed the piece of cloth and gave Bruce a peck on the lips as he did. Something Bruce returned fondly.

"So where are we going?"

"Bruce Wayne, you don't know the word 'secret' do you? Stop prying before I have to use this blindfold to gag you."

"I'm sure you would like that wouldn't you?" Bruce smirked, leaning back in the leather chair.

"I can't deny nor confirm that..." Tony said sheepishly as he looked away from Bruce and started blushing a little bit. Bruce grinned and scrapped 'making Tony Stark blush like a 7 year old with a crush' to his list of 'things to do'.

Bruce noticed that, probably for the first time in Tony's life, there was not a single sign of the stewardesses on board of the plane. He felt relieved to know this and occasionally let his foot bump against Tony's to pull his attention away from whatever he was staring at at that moment. Tony looked as if his head was in the clouds while he was probably going all over his plans to surprise Bruce. Even the windows were shielded and Bruce couldn't open them (believe it or not, he had tried much to Tony's amusement). All this secrecy was making Bruce a bit anxious but his trust for Tony was making sure that it wasn't visible or worrying him too much.

"How long is this flight?" Bruce asked, touching Tony's hand with his fingertips. If he could get an estimated time from Tony, maybe he could calculate just where they were headed.

"Oh about...10 hours? Give or take?" Tony smiled, taking Bruce's hand in his own, lifting up slightly and kissing Bruce's knuckles lovingly.

Ten hours could have been anywhere, likely over seas. Bruce scrunched up his nose. "Hope you plan to keep me entertained."

"Don't worry, I got 'snakes and ladders' if you're bored," Tony said with a teasing smile.

"Who said I was bored?" Bruce asked, scooting a little closer to Tony, dipping his head to touch his lips to Tony's jaw softly. "You're good at distracting me."

Tony smirked and pulled Bruce closer to him so he was almost sitting on his lap. Kissing Bruce's lips softly, Tony nuzzled his face into Bruce's neck and stayed that way until Bruce pulled him back softly by his hair (although he wouldn't put it past Tony to love a little dominating) and looked him straight in the eye. It had been almost a year -- and a long, tedious one at that -- since Bruce met Tony, and even though it was such a short time, it felt as if he had known the other billionaire longer. Bruce had finally found that one person that filled that empty space he'd had in his heart for a while. A year ago he would have never thought he'd be sitting there, gazing into Tony Stark's deep brown eyes.

"...Why yes I'm handsome," Tony smirked, breaking the silence that was hanging around them.

Bruce grinned at him, loosening his grasp on Tony's hair. "I'm more than aware of that fact," he said softly.

Tony smiled and took Bruce's necklace that had the engagement ring around it in his own hand, looking at the ring reflecting the light around them. He smiled, not really believing Bruce had actually accepted. Bruce took a hold of Tony's wrist, causing the man to look up at him again.

"I'm happy," Bruce started, "It's why I did accept when you asked. I've never been this happy without consequence; without something going wrong."

"I didn't know bats were mind readers," Tony smiled softly, looking up at Bruce.

"They're not. But I know you and I know you had been worried when you asked. And you're looking at the ring with this unbelievably sappy look on your face," Bruce teased, caressing Tony's cheek softly.

"Not sappy, just...doubtful this is all real," Tony shrugged, "a man like you has to be an fairy or something. Will you die when I say I don't believe in you too?"

"Why do you say that? How is it unbelievable that I would want to be with you?" Bruce asked, moving a piece of Tony's hair behind his ear fondly.

"...I'm not the best person you'd want to be attached to for the rest of your life. Alcoholic, hermit, now an ex-womanizer,..." Tony winced, "and let's not forget the fact that I used to be an arms dealer."

Bruce got a very serious look on her face. "Really? All those things?" He asked, trying to keep the smile that was threatening to cross his face from appearing. "You should have told me all this sooner, Tony. This changes everything."

"I also should've told you earlier but..." Tony took a grim face and then took Bruce's hands in his own, "this plane is going to Oz. The wizard will sort us out and we can be just like before we ever met."

Bruce stifled a laugh, grabbing the back of Tony's neck with his free hand and kissing him. "I don't want that," he said calmly. "Turn the plane back around! I'd rather spend the rest of my life with you than going on like I never met you."

"...The only place this plane can land except Oz is Narnia. There's a lion there but then we'd have to get in a car..."

Bruce rolled his eyes, smirking. He looked down at their fingers twined together and then back up to Tony, a slight change in attitude. "I'll be honest; I was worried when we first started into this venture. I was worried about all those things, Tony. Somehow, you put my mind at ease, through everything. Maybe it's all those things that I love about you because they make you who you are," Bruce explained. "I'm not worried about you running off with some woman anymore, and I think we're both on the same page with 'work'.... some how, this all just works."

"...I told you you're the girl between us," Tony smirked, "off you go then, to the back. There's a wench costume there you can put on and give me a little lap dance," Tony winked and shoved Bruce away a little as if he was serious but the smile gave it all away. Although Bruce wouldn't put it past Tony to actually have some costumes in the back of his jet...

Bruce shoved Tony back, scooting over a little in his seat, pretending to have his feelings hurt. "Asshole," he muttered. He was used to this treatment by now, it was Tony's way of agreeing with Bruce when Bruce actually did get sentimental. Tony smiled sly and then looked at his nails as if he was waiting for Bruce to come back on his lap or actually do something that would get him out of his seat.

"I'm not talking to you," Bruce said, folding his arms over his chest, still playing along.

"That's fine," Tony smiled, "your gift of silence is appreciated. It makes you quite invaluable as a companion."

At that, Bruce shot Tony and annoyed glare, frowning. "Wish I could say the same."

"Well," Tony squeaked out, "I wouldn't be the same now would I? Can you imagine me with no voice? And don't say that's an improvement."

Bruce couldn't stay mad, or even pretend to stay mad, at Tony. "You were kidding about wench costume right?"

"...I only got a bed back there, and some fresh suits for when I need them," Tony shrugged, "I don't need wench costumes."

"Oh, and here I was ready to go put it on for you," Bruce teased, scooting back over to Tony, placing his hand on the other man's thigh.

"I missed out then didn't I?" Tony chuckled, kissing Bruce's cheek.

"Maybe," Bruce whispered into Tony's ear before he rested his head on Tony's shoulder, starting to get a bit tired. Eight hours was going be a long trip, and they'd only killed about two.

"Well there is a bed in the back," Tony whispered back. Bruce stood slowly, grabbing Tony by his tie and pulling him to his feet.

"I don't want to sleep alone, I've done enough of that in the last two months," Bruce mumbled as he dragged Tony to the back room.

-----

Bruce woke hours later, laying half on and half off the bed and Tony sprawled out nearly on top of him. He had heard some voice, the captain probably, saying they were about to make the descend. Tony had apparently made it clear to the captain not to mention the destination and Bruce grew a bit anxious to know where they were. He pushed Tony off, crawling off the side of the bed and fixed his suit in the mirror, and straightened his tie. On the bed Tony rolled over and was looking up at the ceiling.

"Still not going to tell me?" Bruce asked, glancing over at him.

"You'll see afterwards. It's time for the blindfold again," Tony smiled and got it out of his pocket, tying it around Bruce's eyes tightly enough so he couldn't see through it.

Bruce grabbed at Tony, pulling him against him. "This had better be worth it," Bruce warned, though it was mainly teasing.

"Oh trust me, it is."

Tony lead him off the plane and in another car, it surprised Bruce how well this was all organized but then the thought of Tony actually organizing things made him smile and shake his head. No, he probably had Pepper do all the planning for him after rehiring her (she had refused to work further under Tony after she married Happy but now that he had died, she didn't mind the long hours anymore). Bruce just relaxed in the seat next to Tony, trying not to pick out sounds around them as they drove to figure out where they were. Tony wanted this a surprise and Bruce was trying so hard (sense it seemed important to Tony) to keep it that way.

"So, how often did Pepper yell at you when she planned this for you?" Bruce asked casually.

"Not once. She did hug me several times...I wonder why."

That made Bruce suspicious. "What is it you aren't telling me here, Tony?"

"Only the things that have to remain a secret snugglebear. Now stop poking for answers you won't get."

Bruce smiled. "Fine," he said, settling his shoulder up against Tony's. "Are we almost there?"

"...You're not going to start now are you?" Tony whined.

"You aren't giving me what I want," Bruce said in the same whiny tone Tony used. "I'm going to make this unbearable for you until we get there."

"Thank god it's not far then," Tony rolled his eyes, even if Bruce couldn't see it, the tone of voice suggested it.

"Tony?" Bruce asked, lowering his voice a little and tilting his head against the seat to face where he thought Tony's head was, though he couldn't be exactly sure.

"No?" Tony tried, probably looking away in amusement.

"Tonnny," Bruce dragged out this time, lower his tone more.

"Tony Stark is currently not available, but if you'd like to leave a message, please do so after the beep," Tony said in the most serious and monotone voice he could muster, which wasn't all that serious.

Bruce sighed over exaggeratedly. "Does that mean I'm going to have to find a new fiancée?"

"Mm, don't know if you can find one on such short notice..."

"You're probably right. In that case, tell Tony Stark when he returns that Bruce Wayne would like to kiss him," Bruce said slyly, sitting back up in the seat, turning away from Tony.

"Dully noted," Tony's voice came closer and before Bruce knew it, his lips were on his. Bruce's fingers found their way into Tony's hair, pulling him tighter.

When he let go, their lips were still slightly touching. "So, are we there yet?"

"You'll know when we get there," Tony smiled against Bruce's lips and kissed him again.

Bruce continued to kiss Tony with small, slow kisses, whispering against his mouth and speaking in between pecks; "Am I going to like it?"

"You better," Tony smiled, streaking his thumb over Bruce's hand as he held it in his own.

"Will I love you more for it?" Bruce asked again. He was trying to keep his mind off the fact that was curious, trying to make the time go by a little faster. He was getting more anxious now.

"I do hope so!"

Bruce was about to say one more thing, but the car came to a steady stop and Tony was out of the car faster than Bruce could grab a hold of him. His door opened and Tony grabbed at his jacket, helping out of car. It was warm out, a slight breeze but not cold. Tony took Bruce's hand and began to lead him somewhere carefully.

"Where are we going now?"

"My god you are curious aren't you? Try to guess, or have you gone numb from too much snogging?"

"I could guess a lot of places: Australia, Mexico, Hawaii... But I doubt you'd tell me if I were right," Bruce said, allowing himself to be guided. He could actually hear waves now, but that still didn't rule out any of the places he mentioned, or the stand they were actually walking in now.

"Well I guess it's time for the blindfold to go off," Tony whispered, standing behind Bruce with his arms around the man's waist and clasped together on his stomach. He slowly removed the blindfold and smiled as he heard Bruce gasp at the sight of the darkened sky with thousands of stars visible and only several torches planted in the sand to lighten up the scene.

Bruce was almost at a loss for words, whatever Tony had up his sleeve... "What...?" Bruce couldn't even make the question come out as he felt Tony's arms tighten around him.

"You had it right the last guess: Hawaii," Tony smiled, resting his chin on Bruce's shoulder before turning the man around a quarter and showing him a pathway of lit torches.

"I can see that," Bruce replied, looking at the pathway. "But why? Why here? Why now?" It was sudden, and Bruce really hadn't expected it. He somehow had a feeling Alfred had been in on this as well.

"Because I can't wait any longer to call you officially mine cupcake," Tony grinned, "I'm very impatient don't you know?"

And it was then that it dawned on Bruce as to what exactly this was. He turned his head to Tony. "A wedding? Now!?"

"...You make it sound like it's a surprise," Tony smiled, lifting his head up so he could see Bruce's face better.

"Well, that was the point right? To surprise me? I thought for sure you'd drag out the engagement until we were both dead..." Bruce said, and then when he saw Tony's eyes he just let that drift off.

"...Well," Tony dragged out the word, "why wait? Besides, I don't want to die suddenly and not been able to say 'I married my gay lover'."

Bruce smirked and took Tony's hand, kissing it softly. "Alright, Tony," he said softly.

In the distance, Bruce saw Pepper walking towards them, wearing not her usual black secretary outfit but instead just a normal loose skirt and a bikini top. Her red hair was loose and for the first time, Bruce could see why Happy Hogan had married her (and why Tony had had a crush on her for the longest time), Pepper Potts was indeed a beautiful woman. Bruce smiled as she had a pillow in her hands and then realized how real this was. Tony grinned at her and dragged Bruce by his wrist towards her, waving ecstatic and yelling something about Bruce agreeing to it all. Not that he had a real choice in the matter, apparently Tony had prepared everything anyway, not really caring if Bruce wanted to get married right now at random or not.

"So he agreed then?" Pepper smiled, shooting a quick glance at Bruce who was too busy staring at her outfit. He wasn't used seeing her this relaxed or dressed down.

"Didn't even have to force him," Tony grinned, kissing Pepper's cheek, "is everything ready?"

"Of course, who do you take me for?" Pepper grinned and brushed some of Tony's hair out of his face, making a 'tsk' noise with her tongue as her face showed annoyance at how Tony could mess up something she had fixed not hours before. Once she was done fixing Tony's hair, she checked back down the aisle of torches and then to Bruce, as if to ask if he was sure about this. No one knew better than Pepper just how annoying Tony could be -- let alone dealing with him for the rest of Bruce's life.

Bruce felt a knot forming in his stomach, butterflies mainly. It wasn't as if he had had time to prepare or think this over. Bruce smiled back at Pepper, who then walked back down the aisle where a rather large Hawaiian man was standing, waiting to perform the ceremony. Tony took Bruce's hand, squeezing it tightly as he pulled him down the path of torches. If Bruce had doubts, there wasn't time to think about them now.

"Bet you didn't think I could do this without spilling anything eh?" Tony whispered in his ear, grinning widely as he probably had proved Bruce wrong and couldn't hide his giddiness about it all.

Bruce glanced over at him as they came to a stop in front of the Hawaiian and Pepper. He leaned towards Tony, and whispered back; "You never cease to surprise me, Tony."

The Hawaii was starting to talk, but Bruce wasn't really listening. It was something about soul-mates and love, and obviously not something Tony had asked the guy to say, but more than likely Pepper had picked out the choice words to be used. Tony was nodding his head slightly, almost as if to ask the man to hurry along. Finally the man asked if they had vows they wanted to do and Tony made a remark about how that mushy stuff wasn't going to work for them, and to move along.

"I didn't come all the way to Hawaii to say some mushy stuff, I just want to get hitched to this guy and get it all over with, because you know what? That's what I did come to Hawaii for."

"Real romantic of you, Tony," Bruce rolled his eyes.

"Oh I'm sorry, do you got random vows in your head right now cupcake? You can say them if you do. Otherwise, keep them for the ceremony we'll have to have for Alf-man and the boys. They'll be butt-hurt not to witness a unique moment like this."

Bruce sighed, nodding at the man. "Just continue..."

The man nodded. "Do you Bruce Wayne take this man Anthony Stark to be your life partner?"

And the words came spilling out easier than Bruce thought they would have; "I do."

The man turned to Tony. "And do you Anthony Stark --"

"Yes, yes I do... come on, let's keep this going," Tony said hurriedly. The man motioned to Pepper, who handed the small pillow with two rings on it to Tony and Bruce. Bruce slipped on Tony's and Tony slipped on Bruce's.

"I now pronounce you legally married by the state of Hawaii," the man, smiling. "You can now kiss your..." the man paused looking from Bruce to Tony, unsure what to call them. They must not get many 'same-sex' marriages in Hawaii.

"It's okay," Tony said to the man, "you call him the bride." He motioned his head to Bruce, who was rolling his eyes.

The man shrugged and much to Bruce's dismay said it; "... Bride."

"Whatever, I can kiss him now right?" Tony said, his eyes glistening with excitement before he grabbed Bruce and kissed him for the first time as his husband. Bruce wrapped his arms around Tony, pulling him in close and deepening their kiss, vaguely aware of Pepper and the minister still standing there. When he pulled back, he saw Pepper smile sadly at him and Tony and then wipe away a small tear before she both pulled them in a hug and congratulated them.

"Now now Pep, don't cry, you knew this was coming," Tony smiled as she pulled out of the hug and then hugged Tony alone while Bruce looked upon the sight with slight confusion before he shook his head and stared at the cute scene between Tony and Pepper, who were probably as close as brother and sister. He looked down at his shoes, hands in his pockets and just waited for them to finish having their moment. The minister congratulated him and then walked off with a slight swagger. Which didn't surprise Bruce all too much considering how well Hawaii was known to serve alcohol to people until they literally dropped.

"So, what else did you have planned, Mister Stark?" Bruce asked, looking out at the waves hitting the sand  just a few feet from them.

"Oh I don't know Mrs. Stark," Tony smirked, placing his arm around Bruce's waist, "going to the condo I own around here? A night full of hot steamy man sex? Maybe we can do it here. I'm sure no one will protest if we do it in public."

"Why am I not surprised you own a condo here," Bruce stated as Tony started to pull him towards the car.

"Why wouldn't I own a condo here?" Tony shrugged, "it's Hawaii."

"Maybe because you've never mentioned it?" Bruce replied as Tony opened the car door, gesturing him to go first.

"Not something you say in a random conversation snugglebear, 'oh by the way, I got a condo in Hawaii'; 'did I mention my glove is deadly?'; that'll go well on a first date I'm sure," Tony rolled his eyes.

Bruce slid over and then pulled Tony down by his tie as he ducked his head to do the same. Bruce dragged Tony onto his lap, facing him, knees on either side of Bruce's thighs. Instead of answering Tony's silly remark, Bruce merely placed his hands on Tony's hips, and titled his head up to kiss Tony softly.

"I could get used to this," Tony smiled, nuzzling closer to Bruce and giving him another kiss, deeper than the last one but with just as much love.

Bruce replied in a low, husky tone against his lovers mouth; "Good, because I'm not going anywhere."

"You're mine now," Tony growled softly.

Bruce wasn't into protesting. "Always," he agreed, snaking a hand up to the back of Tony's head, and kissed him passionately.
