REASONS WHY THE SECOND PART OF THIS FIC IS FUNNY:

1) The Sad Eyes. (said with appropriate somber gravitas in a James Mason/James Earl Jones impression.)

Okay, just one reason for this part, but I think the appropriate somber gravitas of James Mason and James Earl Jones make up for it. =D <3

Thanks again! My favourite bit in this part is the tantrum Arthur has over his jacket.

"There is--orange all along the bottom of the sleeve!"

Arthur should have a secret phobia of orange.

Poor Will! Love the jacket- and key-related crises!

I always feel sorry for Will too. He gets picked on all the time!

Gwen using the sad eyes to get Merlin to feel guilty for dumping his best friend/ill advised fumble co-conspirator may be making Merlin feel guilty, but he's already fallen for his ridiculously handsome, solicitous co-star. It's charming.

This observation of Uther and Arthur's relationship gave me a laugh: ...theirs is a relationship that needs time, money and counselling. so, so true!
