Utterly beautiful writing ♥ I tend to fall in love with fics that portray Arthur as genuinely selfless and kindhearted, and I can't blame Eames for falling so hard. His uncertainty and self-doubt and regret were painful, and it was such a relief when he finally took that leap of faith. And I just have this feeling that Eames's mother would love Arthur just as much; I hope he can inspire Eames to start appreciating his mother more :)

Thank you! I admit, I have problems seeing Arthur as anything BUT selfless - he has to put up with Cobb McCrazy, for goodness' sake. There must be some guilt issues or old friendship there, because otherwise I'm sure Arthur would never work with someone so obviously unhinged of his own volition.
