I think all hell would break loose if Ellen were to find the note from Miranda in Patty's bedside drawer. Also, I'm sure Ellen would be able to smell "the lingering scent of (Miranda"s)perfume" in Patty's apartment and bedroom . I'm not sure how Andrea would react. I think Andrea would feel hurt and betrayed by Miranda, but Ellen would need to make Patty suffer a bit for the indiscretion. Then, Ellen and Patty would "make up" but not before Patty provides a few pricey make-up gifts to soothe Ellen's pain. LOL.

okay, lemme try to put into coherent words how much i fucking loved this. i think most people avoid pairings like this because it's hard to picture two alpha females together but my god, you made it work like they're a canon couple. i love the fact that they're both in the same boat with their marriages and their jobs and their kids and their younger brunette lady loves...which is what makes them kindred spirits, in a way. what i really loved is that it isn't so much this raging passion between them, but that they're two similar women who can give each other what they need because they KNOW what they need. it's PERFECT.

miranda and patty as fuck buddies = the best thing ever.

also, this line is fucking brilliant: "But I'm dangerously close to not disliking you."
