I'd like to give Webber a hug.

I'm kind of wondering if Richard will be the one to bring Callie and Arizona back together. Putting him as Arizona's wingman this season and how Mark told him just before he died how Callie didn't know how great a surgeon she really was has to mean something. If anyone can knock some sense into these two and make them realize they belong together, it's Richard. He seems to be the common denominator here.

Several people on tumblr have speculated that "that woman" refers to Penny. I kind of love this because I do believe after Richard's pep talk that Arizona is going to return and kick some ass and show who is boss.

I think it is great that the audience is being told in this scene to root for Arizonia and to stand with her as she heads into this fight. It is so rare for us to be given that direction on Arizona's behalf and never against Callie.

I am not sure she is going to win this battle in court next week, but if Arizona takes Richard's advice and gives it everything she has, i do think it is possible that she ends up with what she truly wants, her family back.

I was wondering that too, if she was referring to Penny or to a patient's mother. While I hope that she refers to Penny, I don't think that Perfect Penny is going to interfere in this situation and don't think she would nail AZ down with words. But I am just praying that we finally get to see a flaw from Penny. There must be one.

Penny makes sense. Whoever it is seems to be in a position to judge Arizona as a parent and as a doctor. Who else would be able to do that, maybe a private investigator.

In the past Arizona has not expressed anger in referencing Penny. If Penny is now "that woman", then Arizona is showing some contempt for Penny.

"That woman" definitely refers to the judge/mediator

I agree. Or some type of social worker observing both Arizona and Callie to put in their two cents as to their parenting...

Yeah, that was my initial thought, then I switched to Penny since others suggested it and it seems Penny could be on her service.
