Exciting times, could be a close one! Great to see all the people travelling home to vote if anyone is following the #hometovote on twitter. Will be casting my vote after work tomorrow :)

I'm planning to get up early (which I never do) and vote on my way to work! Saw some interviews with people coming home on the Independent's website. The article also had a great interview with Mary McAleese on why she is voting yes.

Yup Mary McAleese made a tremendous speech at a BeLonGTo event in the last week, about 30 minutes long but tremendous stuff. Also wee Daniel announcing he's voting YES was great this week and Ursula Halligans coming out was stirring stuff.

So many amazing people canvassing and calling for YES and a handful of muppets campaigning for a NO ( with apologies to actual Muppets like Kermit, Gonzo and Miss Piggy who are all Im sure Gay Allies)

Make sure you don't accidentally get caught up in the pub and lose track of time, that Friday pint caused me to miss a Referendum once :-(

I'm hoping that Ireland make history in the best possible way by voting YES! Your hard work canvassing should bring the right result. Good luck.

I have my fingers and toes crossed for you!

Its been awesome here to be able to actually marry the person i love and for that to be seen as exactly the same as my brother and my cousins who are straight.
