I know these promo pics can be deceiving and I  should know better than to speculate just based off these pics but  Callie doesn't seem to pleased , I could be very wrong though .

Agreed. I'm leaning towards Arizona wants to know if Callie will still be able to have Sofia for the night so that she can make it to her date...

There was a lot of speculation about the promo pic of Callie in the ambulance bay in 11x23 because she was looking at something but it turned out to be nothing so these captured looks don't always mean anything.

Safest to assume Arizona is informing her that she just heard the husband is still alive after all (for now...) and that this is their one and only interaction of the episode lol.

Why does it feel like Arizona is asking Callie what time she thinks she's going to finish so she knows whether or not she needs to cancel her plans?

if callie is pissed because arizona is asking her if she will take sofia, because she has a date or is going out with her new gf and theres no calzona cliffhanger. i dont see how that is going to attract calzona fans back next season.does Shonda want those fans back for season 12 or is she not bothered and thats why there is no crumbs left for us after thursday.

So funny to see the speculation go from they're secretly sleeping together to explain why they didn't talk directly to one another in 11x23 to now Arizona is potentially asking Callie during an intense situation whether she'll be watching Sofia tonight.

The fandom is just too funny.

Look forward to seeing if this idea/spec will grow as the last one. :-)

i honestly cant take all the speculation.my head is pickled and thats not just because of all the medication i am on. i dont know whats gonna happen to be honest. im trying to be calzona strong lol

Speculation takes whatever clues we have at the moment and tries to guess/project what it means and where it goes

I think you hit the nail on the head which is why I don't usually join in the speculation game. For me speculation fuels desire which fuels expectations which more often than not leads to disappointment when it does not materialize on screen. It is not easy.
