I find this article very odd indeed, the choice of words is strange and nothing matches the current SL flow at all. Given Bend and Break aired here last night it makes even less sense in terms of Calzona. I'm actually surprised there is even an article about GA on this site since it barely gets any promo on the station that shows it and isbanished to the 10pm Tuesday time slot. Oh well whatever

Oh good I'm not the only one who thought that! I read it and straight away thought...weird article. They spoke as though C/A were still together and it seemed unfinished - the interview that is. Mangomuumuu said it was probably done at the start of the season but it say's by Episode 8 the reconcile with what they are going to do going forward which I didn't quite get.

I mean they broke up in episode 5 not 8. We knew then what they were going to do.

Well I'm in New Zealand and tonight Episode 3 aired and I know in Australia Bend and Break aired tonight so yeah little behind. NZ used to be a whole season behind but now we've caught up a bit. An app we have here does allow us to watch the episodes the same day that they air in the US though.

As I understand it, there is a part of the interview in which Jessica tells her story with Herman will last all season. This means that Herman will not die. At least not now.

What a weird interview indeed. You don't know in the report which are JCap's words or the interviewer's, nothing under quotation to indicate that. The interview is in total disagreement with what has been aired so far. Maybe this interview was done at the start of the season, and published now. In the meanwhile, Shonda came with her wrecking ball an changed everything, or Jessica never received the memo, as usual

I'm just catching up on this season, but wasn't there talk of Callie & Arizona being friends after the break-up? And showing them working together at being parents.

No, it has not been shown in the show, that statement was extracted from a interview done by the actresses, that as we're now accustomed, is totally off from what it was being aired.
That was said by the actresses, that they will start as being friends. When, I really don't know? So far, up to 11/12, what we have seen is Calzona doing their own things apart from each other. I'm guessing here, that the first steps towards each other could be related around a common interest that they still share, Sofia.
This probably will be where the story goes first and then little by little, the story develops. Sara asked, what if they worked better as friends? Personally, I never could understand this type of cooling off. Where once was fire, still ashes remain, then comes the devil and blow, and the hell gets loose. But this only MHO.

I've never heard this before. Love it.

I speculate we will begin to see Callie trying to be a friend to Arizona because of Herman but I suspect Arizona will be resistant because she's always been too in love with Callie to just be friends. Callie has a track record of being able to shift to friendship with lovers and exes. Another way they're yin and yang.
