Seems like an age since JCap has done a TV interview, strange timing too.....not promoting Greys as such given the finale is all about Sandra Oh leaving but will be nice too see her

I guess they're all doing their part for the finale. Sarah, Ellen and of course Sandra all did TV interviews. May even get a sneak peek with Arizona then or before it airs.

I actually think Zac Efron is a bigger star, due to High School Musical and all the movies he's now doing.

Anyway, the Tuesday taping tickets are now sold out, so I hope at least a few Jessica fans got in and get to see her.

I live in North African country and I have some trouble with AM/PM hours
I'd love to watch the show and I would like to know the airing hour in 24 format

I think it comes on at different times depending on where you live. I live in Virginia and it comes on here at 11 am and then again at 10 pm and it's the same show.

I know it airs at 11:30 AM but I need someone to convert it to (H24 hour format) because I don't want to miss it

From 1 minute past midnight it becomes AM, so half past midnight is 00.30 in 24 hr format and 00.30 AM.

Likewise 11.30 AM is 11.00 in 24 hr format.

From 1 minute past midday or noon it becomes PM so half past noon is 12.30 pm and 12.30 in 24 hr format

And then 30 minutes later it is 1.00 pm which equals 13.00 hours in 24 hr format, 2.00 pm is 14.00 etc....

Yes but if you live in northern africa then it's a different timezone. So you need to check that out.
