It's been fun listening to you guys, you always offer both insightful and entertaining discussions and I'm going to miss it. It really helped with the hiatus jitters.
I agree with you both that the "I love you"-scene was the best and most important scene for them. That was one of few Grey's scenes that had me reaching for a Kleenex. I don't think I've ever been so happy for a TV character as I was for Callie in that moment. It totally blew my mind. I still get all mushy thinking about it.
I'm sad you won't be fancasting S7, but I wish you good luck with everything else, babies and just getting out of the house more often! :)
P.S. to Dars, if you ever get to Sweden, you're welcome to crash on my narrow couch. ;)

Thanks for coming out of lurkerdom. It's always nice to know that there are people who have listened regularly, even if they couldn't weigh in with comments.
Glad the fancasts made good travel buddies and brought laughter for you!
It's sad that you both won't be gracing us with another fancast, but like that Dr Seuss quote says.."Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened".
Thank you to you both so very much for keeping us all sane over the hiatus! And it's not just about Grey's Anatomy, it's about getting to know you both. Every Sunday I would curl up on my bed in my pjs with my laptop, coffee and brekky and settle in for an hour to listen to the fancast. I feel so very privileged to be a part of this comm.
It's the end of an era!! *cries*
I also want to say YAY to Elyima & Mrs Elyima for jumping on the baby train!!! I hope it all works out for you!!! So happy!!!
Bloopers: Dars and the "lady fingers"....Hahahahaha
GOOD JOB, LADIES!! I'll see you in a few weeks. I can't wait to meet you both in the flesh. xx
Kris, that's a great way of looking at it! Smile because it happened!
We could have recorded a second fancast season, but we wanted to go out on a high note, before we had a chance to burn out.
We're still invested in these characters 100%, and want the best for them. We know there's a whole group of you rooting for them the same way we are.
It's crazy how sentimental and serious I got with my "bridesmaid speech," but I guess I couldn't help it. I guess I understand how people can be so upset by what happens to a character on a TV show now.
Oh jeez, lady fingers. They are delicious (especially soaked in brandy).
Don't cry! I'm sad that we are leaving, but yes, so grateful that we had this awesome experience for a year. I've loved getting to know listeners through their comments as well. I feel like I've come to know so many more people because of it!
Thanks for the well wishes with the baby business. :)
