I think the time is right for an Alias reboot -- imagine how fun it would be now with all the new technology that's happened in the last decade incorporated into the show. Recently I watched something -- I think it was probably a movie but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was -- and there was a young actor in it I'd never seen before (and I do not know his name) but I remember thinking at the time I was watching that he would be perfect as New!Sark in an Alias reboot.

I watched the first season of iZombie and really enjoyed it, I need to get caught up! I loved David Anders in it -- he's at his best when he's playing charmingly dickish.

Look, a post! It is delightful. I am going to have to ask though what is BTS? I am asking because it means that a) you get to explain it with great love and detail and b) I can be lazy and not google. *grin*

You and me both on the tour and gig front. Frustrating!

And a special hello for a fellow Skam'er - I am mid way through series two, with promises from a co worker about series 3. :) Slow moving but getting there.

Would you recommend Midnight Sun? I have been thinking about it...

I also miss Sarkney (which is what I was doing re reading your fic!). There is nothing quite like it.

BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan, a korean pop band. Actually, when they first started out they went by their Korean name, but now they've pretty much exclusively switched over to using their international group name of BTS. They've been around since 2013 but I just got into them in 2016 -- they kind of blew up and got massively popular this past year. Anyway, I love their music and how fun and crazy they are. Plus, they are amazing performers so I'm super sad I won't get to see them live when they're on tour because they're known for being incredible live. :,(

Their most recent album, Wings, was inspired by Hermann Hesse's novel Demian.
Yes, I would definitely recommend Midnight Sun! I thought it was really good and suspenseful

I shall go and make with the YouTubing. Always good to stay in tune at least a tiny bit with what is going on in Korean pop. And well, anyone who can take Hermann Hesse as inspiration deserves at least one listen! I might have to just call them by their full name - I keep reading it as 'behind the scenes' rather than BTS. Brains.

Why are you missing their tour?

Ok, it will go on my list! Or rather escalate up my list. That is probably a better option.

I like the change of pace that is Season 2 of Skam - and Noora. Reminds me a lot of a particular story line in the old Degrassi High. Just done in a more modern way. I've not go all the way through Season 3 yet, so will suspend judgement.

I always re read your fic :) It is where I start my Sarkney walk down memory lane everytime.

Yeah, at first I was like thinking it would be difficult to find videos of BTS on youtube because it would return results of various behind the scenes of other stuff. But actually the band is so popular now that I when I search BTS on youtube, it mostly comes up with results about the band lol. They also go by Bangtan or Bangtan Boys, a shortened form of their full Korean name.

I have to miss their tour because I'm taking Genetics and Pathophysiology this semester. I don't feel like I should miss any days of classes to travel to see a concert that is just for fun. :(
